TeamSam was created by a dedicated group of Personal Training clients in 2010.
Lead by owner Sam Richardson, the purpose of TeamSam is to develop a fitness culture promoting dedication, accountability, and confidence.
At Teasam Personal Training Studio we focus on the two main components of a workout:
LIFTING and CARDIO
The Lifting Program focuses on strength training. Toning muscle, increasing metabolism and shaping your body can only happen through resistance training. As an added bonus, the Lifting Progam includes the Cardio Program for FREE!
The Cardio Program is designed to burn calories. Cardio training is great for developing aerobic endurance, improving heart health, and getting a good sweat on.
