LIFTING WEIGHTS IS LITERALLY THE ONLY WAY FOR SHAPE YOUR BODY, TONE YOUR MUSCLES AND INCREASE STRENGTH & METABOLISM

DON'T WORRY... WEIGHTS WILL NOT MAKE YOU BIG OR BULKY. BUT THEY WILL MAKE YOU LOOK DIFFERENT AND FEEL MUCH BETTER. 

AT TEAM SAM WE RECOMMEND AT LEAST TWO LIFTING CLASSES PER WEEK. WE HAVE CLASSES SPECIFIC TO LOWER BODY, UPPER BODY AND TOTAL BODY.
